We were also able to get under omelets without any trouble in order to fold them. We especially appreciated the rounded rim, which makes transferring food hassle-free.
It’s a Great Non-Toxic Option
The pan’s natural ceramic coating is made of sand and enhanced with diamonds. It’s PFAS-free, so it won’t release fumes or leach chemicals at higher cooking temperatures. It also heats well, as proven by the crepes that came out uniformly browned across the bottom.
It’s a Tough Skillet That’s Comfortable to Use
We scraped it with metal fish spatulas and steel wool (gasp!) to see how it would hold up.
