This Non-Toxic, Nonstick Skillet Makes the Best Over-Easy Eggs and Omelets—Grab the Trio on Sale
The best nonstick skillet you can get is the OXO ceramic nonstick pan. Right now, the trio is on sale for $76.

We get it: Some days you just want to cook breakfast on a nonstick skillet so slick that your egg will slide right off the pan, mess-free. Our favorite tool for the job is the OXO ceramic nonstick skillet, which also happens to be non-toxic—it’s a win-win. Food glides across its surface, and we can confirm that the pan doesn’t have any hot or cold spots. If you’re ready to replace your flaking nonstick pans with a new set, the whole trio is on sale for $76.
Why It Won Our Review
It’s Super Duper Slick
Over-easy eggs can become a sticky mess in some pans, but not with the OXO ceramic skillet. Maneuvering eggs and delicate crepes on this pan was smooth as can be. We were also able to get under omelets without any trouble in order to fold them. We especially appreciated the rounded rim, which makes transferring food hassle-free.
It’s a Great Non-Toxic Option
The pan’s natural ceramic coating is made of sand and enhanced with diamonds. It’s PFAS-free, so it won’t release fumes or leach chemicals at higher cooking temperatures. It also heats well, as proven by the crepes that came out uniformly browned across the bottom.
It’s a Tough Skillet That’s Comfortable to Use
We scraped it with metal fish spatulas and steel wool (gasp!) to see how it would hold up. We don’t recommend using metal cooking utensils with nonstick pans in general, but we had to put it to the test, right? This pan passed the durability assessment with flying colors. No new scratches were found after quite a bit of tapping and scraping. The stainless steel handle on this pan is comfortable to hold and provides a stable enough grip for swirling crepe batter around. It also stays cool during use to prevent burns.
Why We Recommend It
